    TELMA 40MG TABLET contains Telmisartan which belongs to the group of medicines called Angiotensin II receptor antagonists. It is used to treat essential hypertension in adults. High blood pressure that is not caused by any other condition is called as essential hypertension. It is characterized by symptoms such as early morning headaches, nosebleeds, irregular heartbeat, vision changes, buzzing in the ears, fatigue, nausea and chest pain.

    Storage Condition Telma 40 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Telma 40 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Telma 40 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

    Kidney AlertTelma 40 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
